Today is the third day of the new year! Who’s still got the motivation to do our resolutions?
I found it a little harder to get moving for my last night workout. So I searched for ways to motivate myself.
Sometimes, buying new workout gear helps, such as shoes or new spanks, but those are the things I got for Xmas.
So… I looked for a good workout mix, so I could jam out to while working out. I used to use Pandora, but one of my co-workers introduced me
to 8tracks.com and it has changed my life!! It allows you to choose your moods, such as
Making it so much easier to choose a great mix.
Last night, I decided to do my workout video. Its about 20 mins long, just enough to get my body moving.
I am using a Jenny Craig video, and it is amazing!!

Side Note: Don’t Bob and Chris look so much alike? I use to think they were the same person for a while!!

Okay, back to working out!
